The retirement and deprecation dates for the following Gemini models have been updated: Gemini 2.5 Flash Image ( gemini-2.5-flash-image ) : Deprecated and scheduled for retirement on March 15, 2027 (extended from October 2, 2026). Migrate to Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite Image ( gemini-3.1-flash-lite-image ).
