Fivetran Connector SDK 2.12 adds crash reports to fivetran debug

Version 2.12.0 makes fivetran debug generate a crash report capturing the exception, handler, configuration and SDK version when connector code fails, and adds memory usage logging. Version 2.12.1 updates grpcio and grpcio-tools to 1.80.0.
