The Java Table API is GA with plugin 2.3-3 on Flink 2.3.0, adding global API keys, OAuth 2.0 with identity pools, and statement lifecycle management. The Python Table API remains in Open Preview.

VOLATILE scalar user-defined functions (UDFs) are now supported with dynamic table incremental refresh in INCREMENTAL, AUTO, and ADAPTIVE refresh modes. This applies to scalar UDFs written in Python, Java, Scala, JavaScript, and SQL. For incremental refresh, VOLATILE UDFs are supported only in the SELECT clause.
